"Windows – Virtual Memory Minimum Too Low" notification appears when the size of virtual memory on PC is not enough to run applications. Windows virtual memory is the memory combined from physical memory (RAM) and a hidden file on hard-drive (Paging File), which often stays at hard-drive boot partition.
When running applications, Windows will load programs into memory and provides free memory space for programs to run. If there is no free space left in physical memory (RAM) as well as in Paging File, the programs will not run or run unstably, and Windows will give the notification.
If the notification appears, you should increase the virtual memory size on PC by increasing the size of Paging File or closingthe simultaneously running programs. By default, the minimum size of Paging File should be, at least, 1.5 times higher than the size of RAM, and the maximum should be 3 times higher.
To increase the size of virtual memory on PC running Windows OS, you should follow the guide for your current OS (If you are not sure about your current OS, you can follow the guide here.
