I have just installed Windows 10 and my computer has WiFi driver but I only see a WiFi network while my home has 2 WiFi networks. Can Bkav explain and guide me to fix this?

Answer:

It may be because the WiFi driver on Windows 10 has not been updated to the latest version. To update to the latest version for WiFi driver on Windows 10, follow the steps below:

Note: Internet connection is required.

Step 1: On the desktop of your computer, right click on This PC icon and select Manage

Step 2: In Computer Management window, select Device Manager

Step 3: In Network adapters section, find WiFi driver and right click (as you can see in the sample picture below, WiFi driver is Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter).

Step 4: Select Update Driver Software

Step 5: Select Search automatically for updated driver software

The system will automatically find the software as shown below

The message shown in the image below means that your computer has been updated to the latest version of WiFi driver on Windows 10. Select Close to close the window.
