Bkav IPS Next Generation Firewall (BIF) is voted as one of the 7 best new information security products in 2018. This is the result of a program organized by Viet Nam Information Security Association (VNISA). The title is awarded to new domestic information security products, which are high-quality results of research and development, in the process of commercialization and market launch.

Bkav IPS Next Generation Firewall (BIF) is released along with the set of anti-APT devices (Advanced Persistent Threat). Beside features such as URL Filter, Web Content Filter, Application Control, Load Balancing, etc, Bkav IPS Next Generation Firewall is one of the very few available firewalls that are fully equipped with DDoS and web protection features.

The voting program of "High quality information security products" and "Typical information security services" has been carried out annually by VNISA since 2015 with the aim to discover and honor information security products and services of good quality to support the trade promotion and contribute to the promotion of the development of domestic information security products and services. Thereby, the program also propagates and promotes the awareness of information security, promoting the application of information security products and services in economic and social sectors; practically supporting Vietnamese enterprises in manufacturing and developing information security products to expand the market.

In particular, to encourage information security products for being new and highly innovative, in addition to the two titles of "High quality information security products" and "Typical information security products", this year the voting committee decided to award the title "Best new information security products".
